RightBack Accessibility Policy
Last Updated: July 11, 2026
RightBack.com LLC (“RightBack”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) is committed to making our public website accessible to people with disabilities. This Accessibility Policy describes our approach, the accessibility features on rightback.com, and how you can request help or report a barrier.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the RightBack marketing website at rightback.com, including pages such as our product information, Help Center, legal policies, and contact forms. It does not cover the RightBack mobile application or logged-in platform experiences, which may have separate accessibility characteristics and release schedules.
2. Our Commitment
We aim to design and maintain our public website so that visitors can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with our content. Where practicable, we work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review pages as they are created or updated and address barriers when they are identified.
3. Accessibility Features on Our Website
RightBack’s public website includes the following accessibility measures:
Structure and navigation
- Semantic HTML landmarks, including
<header>,<nav>,<main>, and<footer> - Page language declared for assistive technologies
- A “Skip to main content” link on each page
- Breadcrumb navigation on applicable pages
- Logical heading structure within page content
- A custom 404 page with clear next steps
Keyboard access and focus
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, buttons, and links
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
- Escape key support to close open menus and mobile panels
- Native disclosure controls (

Visual design
- Text and interactive color choices designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast targets on light and dark backgrounds
- Interactive states that do not rely on color alone, including underlines for the current page in navigation and icon-plus-text feedback for form status messages
- Responsive layout and readable typography across screen sizes
Motion and animation
- Support for the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting, including reduced transitions, disabled decorative animation, and immediate display of scroll-reveal content
Screen readers and assistive technology
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Decorative icons hidden from assistive technology where appropriate
- Screen-reader-only text where additional link context is helpful
- Accessible names and states for navigation, including expanded/collapsed menu status and the current page where applicable
- Live status regions for dynamic form feedback
- Invalid form fields identified for assistive technology when validation fails
Forms
- Visible and screen-reader-accessible labels on newsletter and contact forms
- Required fields indicated with the HTML
requiredattribute - Error and success messages associated with the relevant fields and announced to assistive technology
Help Center
- Searchable help content with semantic search markup
- Mobile help navigation that uses dialog semantics when open
