Sending a paid message takes a few clear steps.

Steps

2. Write your message with enough detail to answer.
3. Confirm price, deadline, and payment method.
4. Submit — funds are held until a timely reply.

After you pay

You can track status from your account. If the deadline passes with no reply, you are refunded automatically.
