RightBack Copyright & DMCA Policy

RightBack.com LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the RightBack Social Network to do the same. This policy describes how copyright complaints are handled in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on the RightBack Social Network infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint that includes the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit RightBack to locate the material (e.g., a direct URL link).
- Contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work.
To be effective, your "Notice of Infringement" must be written communication that includes the following:
RightBack maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification that complies with the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, RightBack may restore the content in accordance with applicable law. RightBack acts as a service provider under the DMCA and does not control or monitor user content.
Copyright complaints may be submitted through the RightBack reporting system or through the RightBack support system.

Counter Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your name and contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
RightBack.com LLC may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
