RightBack.com LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the RightBack Social Network to do the same. This policy describes how copyright complaints are handled in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on the RightBack Social Network infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint that includes the following information:

- Your electronic or physical signature.
Copyright complaints may be submitted through the RightBack reporting system or through the RightBack support system.

Counter Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your name and contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
RightBack.com LLC may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
