Payment Processing

Payments on the RightBack Social Network are processed through third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe. RightBack.com LLC does not store payment card details.

Platform Role

RightBack.com LLC acts solely as a platform facilitating interactions between users and is not a party to transactions between users.

Finality of Payments

Payments made on the RightBack Social Network are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, RightBack may suspend or terminate the associated account and recover any fees or costs associated with the dispute.

User-to-User Transactions

RightBack is not responsible for disputes between users regarding paid interactions or subscriptions.
