The Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") govern your authorization to access and use the RightBack Social Network (“RightBack Social Network”) located via https://rightback.com and/or https://www.rightback.com, which is operated by RightBack.com LLC ("RightBack.com LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the RightBack Social Network, you (“you,” “your,” or “yourself”) agree to the Terms of Service.
1. Overview of the RightBack Social Network
RightBack Social Network uses proprietary technology that can enable you and others to:
- upload and view content
- communicate with other users
- send and receive a patent pending paid reply offer message (“PlyBy”)
- manage VIP Member access to subscription channel content
- advertise and promote yourself and your content
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access the RightBack Social Network. By creating an account or accessing the RightBack Social Network, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service.
3. Account Requirements
Users must create and maintain an account in order to access certain features of the RightBack Social Network, including publishing content, receiving payments, subscribing to channels, sending paid reply requests, or purchasing promotional placement.
Users who receive payments may be required to complete identity verification procedures required by the payment processor, including submission of personal or business identification information. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration and to promptly update such information if it changes.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
Users may not create accounts using false identities, impersonated identities, or misleading information. Accounts that are determined to contain inaccurate, deceptive, or fraudulent information may be suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of RightBack.
Certain platform features that allow users to receive payments or monetize content may require identity verification, tax documentation, or onboarding through a third-party payment processor. Users agree to comply with all verification, onboarding, and compliance requirements required by the payment processor or applicable law.
Users who use monetization features acknowledge that:
- the payment processor may require identity verification and tax documentation
- failure to complete required verification may result in suspension of payment features.
RightBack may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to monetization features if a user fails to comply with verification requirements, violates applicable law, or violates these Terms.
Users may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform rules, avoiding payment processor restrictions, manipulating transactions, or evading enforcement actions.
RightBack reserves the right to review, verify, and monitor accounts for compliance with these Terms, payment processor requirements, and applicable laws.
Active Users must complete identity verification and provide accurate information required by the payment processor and applicable regulations. Failure to maintain a compliant payment account may result in delayed payouts, restricted account functionality, or account suspension.
4. Active User Privileges
Only users who maintain an active account with Stripe through the RightBack Social Network (“Active Users”) may send and receive messages with other users, send and receive PlyBy messages, create and subscribe to VIP Member channels, upload and post content, and advertise on the RightBack Social Network.
To help maintain user integrity and credibility, the name displayed on an Active User account is based on the billing name provided during account setup. While this process does not guarantee authenticity, this extra process is intended to help reduce impersonation and improve the overall quality of users on the RightBack Social Network.
Additionally, profile URLs for Active Users are automatically generated based on the billing name, including an auto-generated numeric identifier.
5. Account Names and URL
As an added layer of authenticity, Users who wish to remove the auto-generated number may request a Pro URL with the number removed in order to better represent their existing brand marketing and gain additional authenticity with other users.
Pro URL requests involve a verification process designed to authenticate the user’s existing use of the requested URL and account name. There is no guarantee of success or timing for Pro URL requests, and priority may be given based on total followers.
To request a Pro URL, you may log in to the RightBack Social Network, navigate to the Menu, select Settings, and follow the Pro URL request process to add an extra level of authenticity and branding to your account.

There is no guarantee regarding the quality, content, or timeliness of any reply. Both the user who sends a PlyBy offer and the PlyBy message recipient who replies by the deadline may rate each other.
However, if the user who sent the PlyBy reply offer cancels payment after the recipient has replied before the deadline, the recipient who replied by the deadline may rate the PlyBy offering user, but the PlyBy offering user may not rate the recipient.
